Project description

Located on the banks of the Parana River, Forum Puerto Norte is strategically located just minutes from the center Rosario city in Santa Fe province, and embodies the development of nine residential buildings, new and recycled, and two modern office buildings, surrounded by a green area of 10,500 sqm.

The project included the recycling of much of the architectural heritage of the iconic Maltería SAFAC, which sought to recover the architectural splendor that rested on the foundations of the malting plant. With an aesthetic and functional criteria, our architects knew how to interpret the spirit of the project and recover the heritage value of a complex that had its origins in 1890 when, around the "Refinería Argentina" building founded by Ernesto Tornquist, rose the first working-class neighborhood in Rosario city.
