Project description

TGLT convoqued Foster + Partners, the international architectural study, to design the Masterplan of a project strategically located in one of the most attractive plots in Puerto Norte, on the banks of Parana River in Rosario city.

It is a unique design in which the urban fabric takes on the character of a residential center for innovation, where buildings are emerging favoring open views in all directions. And, in turn, constantly refers to the need for preservation of resources, respect for the environment and future generations as a paradigm of quality of life.


A portfolio of more than 400 ths square meters, 10 projects, 51 buildings in different stages of development, with more than ARS 15,000 million pesos (1.000 million US dollars) of potencial sales value.
