Description

Located in a 32 hectare land in Tigre with a front of 500 meters over Luján River, Venice is considered a “navigable city”, combining an innovative style with an epicenter of nautical life. The architecture designed by Duany Player-Zyberk & Complany (IUS) and BMA (Argentina) integrate an extensive residential program with individual moorings and commercial spaces. The complex has already developed 5 buildings, designed by Mike McCormack, where 300 families can live. Common areas includes water canals, green spaces and an extensive variety of services and amenities associated with sustainable life. The project is a Joint Venture with Metro 21.
